Kronospan is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Chief Executive Officer to lead our new trading operation in Australia. As a senior-level position, the CEO will be responsible for developing a strong and reliable distribution network and hiring a competent team to operate the business.

**Key Responsibilities**

The CEO will lead the strategic planning, sales, and logistics/distribution processes, overseeing supply chain execution and being accountable for resource planning, material cost, forecasting, schedule performance, 3rd party logistics partner performance, and supply chain issue resolution.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven track record in developing a large-scale distribution network within the Australian market.
  • Extensive commercial sales experience and strong leadership capabilities.
  • Experience of working with the wood-panel industry would be highly advantageous.
  • Strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and comprehensive financial and analytical knowledge.
