Lead the Internal Audit Team

As a key member of the Kronospan team, you will be responsible for leading the Internal Audit Team in conducting thorough and independent audits to ensure the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement audit plans to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Lead and mentor a team of auditors to ensure high-quality audit work
  • Communicate key findings and recommendations to senior management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk management and internal controls
  • Perform financial due diligence projects for M&A activities
  • Identify opportunities for business process improvements and ensure compliance with Kronospan policies
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Advanced degree or professional certifications (ACCA / CIA / CISA / CIMA)
  • Experience in auditing, risk management, or related fields
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
