Financial Oversight Specialist (also known as Fund Monitor/ Project Monitor/ Bank Monitor)

Compensation: Up to £66,000 per annum plus a performance-related bonus of up to 20% and a flexible benefits package.

This position is based in a collaborative office environment, consisting of a team of 15-20 professionals specializing in Quantity Surveying and Financial Oversight.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying with a focus on due diligence, or at least 1 year of experience in Financial Oversight.
  • Strong written communication skills, particularly in report writing, and a solid understanding of technical due diligence.
Compensation Package

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of up to £66,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with a flexible benefits package that includes pension contributions, healthcare options, and a substantial performance bonus of up to 20% per annum, distributed biannually.
