Your Way Area Sales Manager - A Unique Opportunity
We are expanding our Independent Sales business and launching a brand new offering called 'Your Way'. As a Your Way Area Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for winning and maximising business in your dedicated neighbourhood of just one square mile.
KFF is a regional food wholesaler with a family feel and a close-knit team. We supply local pub and restaurant customers, as well as delivering direct to the caterer. This is a bespoke opportunity that no other business is currently offering.
As a Your Way Area Sales Manager, you'll be solely responsible for the success of your local neighbourhood. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Researching your target audience and opportunities in your neighbourhood
- Building and leveraging strong customer relationships with your local neighbourhood and community
- Onboarding new customers effectively and successfully
- Working closely with your distribution partner/driver for your neighbourhood
- Delivering profitable volume growth and hitting targets
- Monitoring competitor and Independent market activity around your neighbourhood
You'll need to be highly service-focused, with a passion for food and a creative approach to menu planning and designs. You'll also need to be tenacious and resilient, with a drive and determination to succeed. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload are essential.
