Senior Maintenance Engineer

We are pleased to present an exciting opportunity within a well-established Facilities Management organization. We are currently seeking a qualified Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a prestigious residential property.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Performing planned and reactive maintenance across various mechanical and electrical systems.
- Conducting fault-finding and small installations related to lighting and power distribution.
- Managing emergency lighting systems and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Overseeing air conditioning units, including filter changes and cleaning tasks.
- Monitoring and resetting chillers as necessary.
- Implementing water treatment protocols and conducting temperature checks.
- Addressing plumbing issues, including unblocking toilets.
- Monitoring Building Management Systems (BMS) for optimal performance.
- Maintaining general building fabric and ensuring a high standard of upkeep.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must hold relevant electrical or mechanical qualifications with proof of certifications.
- Possess City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualifications.
- Demonstrated experience in commercial or property maintenance environments.
- Strong customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to manage a large site effectively.
- Experience in high-end residential settings is preferred.
- Exhibit reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
