About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Boutique Manager to lead our team of Sales Advisors and drive sales, customer service, and operational excellence in our Jo Malone London boutique. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for creating and executing a business plan to recruit and retain customers, develop and implement sales strategies, and lead a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer service targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business plan to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Lead and coach a team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Implement sales strategies and promotions to drive sales and customer loyalty
  • Manage and maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction
  • Oversee the smooth operation of the boutique, including inventory management, facilities, and cash reconciliation
  • Collaborate with the retail team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth
Requirements
  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
