Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Learning and Development Business Partner to join our HR team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for creating a people-centric support service, developing training programs, and collaborating with colleagues to drive talent development across our resort.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programs, including coordination of speakers and development of training materials
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to evaluate and analyze continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage and facilitate company inductions, ensuring new hires receive comprehensive onboarding training
  • Embed the HOME values (Heart, One Team, Make Memories, Empower) throughout the organization
  • Develop and implement a talent strategy, aligned with the company's goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with local education providers to deliver apprenticeships and degree programs
  • Facilitate associate engagement activities, including surveys, feedback, and recognition programs
About You

We're looking for a passionate and confident Learning and Development professional with a proven track record in creating and delivering training programs. You'll have a relevant qualification, strong administration and IT skills, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
