Role Overview - Ecommerce Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic and analytical Ecommerce Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing the product offerings and merchandising strategies for our esteemed consumer brands as they continue to grow.

The Ecommerce Executive will play a crucial role in enhancing trading performance by collaborating with various teams across the organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the success of our brands through data-driven insights and innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the product lifecycle for both Arena Flowers and its associated brands.
  • Manage product listings and ensure optimal presentation on our websites.
  • Keep product information accurate and up-to-date, facilitating effective trading and SEO practices.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address product and inventory inquiries.

Support Trading Activities

  • Assist in planning and executing trading campaigns.
  • Update websites according to trading strategies.
  • Monitor competitor activities and report findings to the team.

Website Improvement Initiatives

  • Collaborate with the Trading Manager and Content Editor to enhance brand websites.
  • Participate in ongoing site evaluations and implement necessary changes.
  • Contribute to larger projects, including SEO enhancements and product launches.

Channel Development

  • Help expand secondary sales channels and report on performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Experience in ecommerce is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
