Job Title: Chargé(e) de site e-commerce

As a key member of our team at Drayton Partners, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our online sales channels. You will lead a team of ecommerce specialists, working closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to develop and implement our ecommerce strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an ecommerce strategy to drive growth and increase online sales revenue.
  • Manage our website, marketplaces, and other online sales channels to ensure a seamless and optimized customer experience.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Work with our marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
  • Collaborate with the product team to ensure that our online product offerings are optimized and relevant to customer needs.
  • Lead a team of ecommerce specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure the achievement of business goals.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in ecommerce, with a proven track record of driving online sales growth.
  • Experience managing an ecommerce team and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer service teams.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms, technologies, and trends.
