About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ECommerce Operations Specialist to join our team at HeadX. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our eCommerce operations, including sales and marketing strategies, website management, automation, risk assessment, profitability optimization, data analysis, customer support, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement
  • Manage and optimize website operations, including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel, and promotional campaigns
  • Implement and utilize eCommerce tools, software, and technologies to streamline operations and improve efficiency
  • Develop and manage dashboards, reporting structures, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive improvement
  • Anticipate and mitigate risk factors across operations, and develop business continuity plans to ensure sustainability
  • Elevate business profitability through effective marketing and branding strategies, including social media and SEO
  • Analyze metrics and data to inform business decisions and drive growth
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce operations
  • Fluent in English (speaking, writing, and reading)
  • Experience in B2C digital retail market within the eCommerce space
  • Agile and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data
  • Proficiency in website management platforms (e.g., Shopify)
