About the Role

This is a hybrid position that offers the flexibility to work from home and our London offices. As a Senior Indirect Tax Manager at Aon Corporation, you will be part of a highly motivated global indirect tax team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert indirect tax advice to the tax team, finance, legal, and business stakeholders on all indirect tax-related topics.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant case law and legislation changes.
  • Provide input on client-driven projects, including working with external advisers.
  • Ongoing indirect tax compliance oversight, including VAT return review and liaison with HMRC.
  • Take ownership of personal and professional development.
  • Build and maintain an effective team by assessing and selecting individuals with the required skills and experience.
Requirements
  • Professional accounting or tax qualification.
  • Strong indirect tax compliance knowledge.
  • Computer literate with a good command of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Project management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, relationship building, and influencing skills at senior management level.
