Crux Careers is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Branch Leader for a reputable, independent Residential and Lettings Agency. This agency is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and client satisfaction. With a proactive approach to residential sales and lettings, they excel in a dynamic and fast-paced market, ensuring optimal results for their clients.

Position Overview
The Branch Leader will take initiative in the property market to foster and enhance sales within the branch. This role involves actively generating leads and managing a team of sales professionals. The successful candidate will efficiently manage their schedule to maximize the potential of both staff and branch resources. A strong emphasis will be placed on accuracy, customer service, and fostering positive relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Achieving targets and objectives is a key responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
• Proactively seek new business opportunities, conducting valuations and converting leads into marketable properties by implementing strategic marketing and canvassing plans.

• Analyze market trends and customer requirements to tailor sales strategies accordingly.

• Provide in-branch training and coaching to staff as needed.

• Conduct individual performance reviews and appraisals in line with company standards.

• Handle daily inquiries both in person and via telephone, alongside administrative tasks.

• Ensure timely completion of all relevant checklists and documentation.

• Optimize business potential by managing online inquiries from platforms such as Rightmove and Zoopla.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Drive lead generation through partnerships with conveyancing, mortgage services, and other third-party suppliers.

• Provide regular updates to vendors and buyers.

• Maintain accurate records in the designated software system.

Required Experience and Qualities
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the property sector.
  • Proven ability to meet targets and inspire team performance.
  • Possession of a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • A strong track record of personal effectiveness.
  • Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset.
  • Previous experience in people management is advantageous.
