This agency is recognized for its proactive approach in the realms of residential sales and lettings, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced market.

Position Overview
The Branch Leader will take an active role in the real estate sector, focusing on generating and developing sales within the branch. This includes proactively sourcing leads and managing the sales team effectively. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage their schedule to maximize the potential of both staff and branch resources. A strong emphasis will be placed on accuracy, attention to detail, and fostering positive relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Achieving set targets and objectives is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities, conducting property valuations and converting leads into listings by following strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide in-branch training and coaching to staff as needed.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and appraisals in line with company standards.
  • Handle daily inquiries in person and via telephone, alongside administrative tasks.
  • Ensure timely completion of all required checklists and documentation.
  • Maximize business opportunities through effective management of online inquiries from platforms such as Rightmove and Zoopla.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Drive lead generation through partnerships with conveyancing, mortgage advisors, and other service providers.
  • Maintain regular updates for vendors and buyers.
  • Accurately log all relevant information into the company’s software system.

Required Experience and Qualities
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate sector.
  • Proven ability to meet targets and inspire team performance.
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated record of personal effectiveness.
  • Customer-focused with a strong results-driven mindset.
  • Previous experience in people management is advantageous.
