We are seeking a highly successful and experienced Estate Agent to join our team as a Senior Sales Manager at Chancellors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to achieve the largest active market share in the area
  2. Maximize revenues and grow the property register through effective sales and marketing techniques
  3. Build and maintain exceptional relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
  4. Manage branch performance and achieve all financial targets through effective team management and leadership
  5. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to employees to ensure they meet their targets
  6. Drive results through effective team management, action planning, and delivery of plans

Requirements:

  1. Previous Estate Agency experience and customer service expertise
  2. Target-driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
  3. Ability to work effectively managing a team and leading by example
  4. Motivated and enthusiastic, with high standards of service and presentation
  5. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  6. Ability to demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
  7. Vehicle ownership with a full driving license and business insurance
  8. Legal right to work in the UK
