Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Solicitor to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our Residential Property department, you will be responsible for carrying out conveyancing matters and ensuring compliance with all relevant quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of residential property conveyancing matters, including assents, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and adverse possession claims.
  • Comply with all file and case management quality standards, as laid down in our office manual and in accordance with the Law Society requirements and CQS standards.
  • Utilize our computer system to record client information, process documents, and manage cases efficiently.
  • Make best use of our online quotation system, search provider, and Land Registry portal to streamline processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in residential property conveyancing.
  • Strong knowledge of the Law Society requirements and CQS standards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
