Churchill Estates Management Ltd is presenting a unique opportunity for an individual who enjoys engaging with people and possesses a strong background in administration and customer service. This position as the Residential Community Manager is a 'live-in' role that allows you to positively impact the lives of our residents daily. As a welcoming presence, you will be responsible for organizing community activities, coordinating the property, managing contractors, and conducting health and safety assessments.
Reporting directly to the Area Manager, you will oversee the maintenance of the property while delivering exceptional service to residents. You will be the trusted point of contact on-site, interacting with a diverse range of customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues.
This role is crucial for the success of the lodge and the satisfaction of residents, making it a highly rewarding position.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you must be able to reside on-site in the provided apartment without incurring rent. A passion for outstanding customer service is essential. You should possess an outgoing and friendly demeanor, with a genuine love for people. Your ability to act with sensitivity and diplomacy is important, as is your efficiency and assertiveness in managing the safety and security of the development. You should demonstrate good judgment and maintain composure under pressure. While you will have significant social interaction with residents, you should also be comfortable working independently and using your initiative.
To effectively organize events and manage site maintenance, you should be a skilled administrator and proficient in computer use, particularly with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.
This position is ideally suited for individuals with experience in similar fields such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health & social care sectors. A successful Community Manager is someone who thrives in a front-of-house role and is dedicated to providing top-notch customer service alongside excellent administrative skills.
