The Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead the development and implementation of activation strategies across our branded and non-branded offerings. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the activation of category and brand strategies across various sales channels, including Independent Wholesale & Retail and Grocery Multiples. You will be responsible for the entire process of activity development and execution, identifying effective strategies for each channel to ensure seamless planning, execution, and cost management. Reporting to the Head of Brands, you will play a key leadership role within the marketing team, managing both our Shopper Marketing Manager and E-commerce and Digital Manager, while also providing indirect support to the EU Trade Marketing Manager to ensure consistent activation across diverse markets.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a driven and commercially savvy individual with a proven history of crafting and executing exemplary shopper, trade, and e-commerce activation strategies across multiple sales channels. Your strong analytical skills will empower you to assess data, discern trends, and pinpoint commercial growth opportunities. You will possess the ability to prioritize effectively and provide clear guidance to align with the strategic objectives of the business. With exceptional communication abilities, your stakeholder management skills will enable you to influence and mobilize resources efficiently, while also demonstrating experience in leading, mentoring, and developing team members to achieve their best potential.
