Job Opportunity: Nursery Team Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Nursery Team Lead in Enfield. Our nursery is committed to providing a nurturing environment for young children, and we are looking for someone who shares our values and is dedicated to their development.

Nursery Team Lead - Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting Child Development: Assist in the development of children's language and communication skills, ensuring they reach their full potential.
  • Positive Behaviour and Pastoral Support: Encourage positive behaviour and provide pastoral support to children when required, fostering a safe and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Activity Planning and Resource Management: Prepare and set up activities, ensuring resources are available and used appropriately, promoting a culture of encouraging and nurturing children.
  • Progress and Achievement Feedback: Provide feedback to parents and carers on children's progress and achievements, maintaining open communication.
Nursery Team Lead - Requirements:
  • Qualifications and Experience: Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent, with previous experience as a Room Leader in an early childhood education setting.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Possess strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, ensuring effective collaboration and support.
  • Paediatric First Aid: Hold a Paediatric First Aid qualification, demonstrating a commitment to child safety and well-being.
