The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled marketer to spearhead the development and implementation of activation strategies for our branded and non-branded product lines. In this pivotal role, you will be accountable for effectively executing category and brand strategies across various sales channels, including Independent Wholesale & Retail and Grocery Multiples. You will oversee the entire process of activity development and execution, focusing on channel-specific strategies that ensure seamless planning, execution, and budget management. Reporting directly to the Head of Brands, you will play a key leadership role within the marketing team, managing both the Shopper Marketing Manager and the E-commerce and Digital Manager, while also providing indirect support to the EU Trade Marketing Manager to enhance activation consistency across different markets.

We are in search of a dedicated and commercially savvy professional with a proven history of crafting and executing top-tier shopper, trade, and e-commerce activation strategies across multiple sales platforms. Your strong analytical skills will empower you to assess data, recognize trends, and pinpoint growth opportunities. You will possess the ability to prioritize effectively and provide clear guidance to align with the strategic objectives of the organization. With exceptional communication abilities, you will excel in stakeholder management, adeptly influencing and mobilizing resources to achieve results, while also demonstrating experience in leading, mentoring, and developing team members to maximize their potential.
