The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled marketer to spearhead the development and implementation of activation strategies for both our branded and non-branded offerings. In this pivotal role, you will be accountable for effectively executing category and brand strategies across various sales channels, including Independent Wholesale & Retail and Grocery Multiples. You will oversee the entire process of activity development and execution, focusing on how to excel in each channel, ensuring efficient planning, execution, and budget management. Reporting to the Head of Brands, you will play a key leadership role within the marketing team, managing both our Shopper Marketing Manager and E-commerce and Digital Manager, while also providing guidance to the EU Trade Marketing Manager to enhance consistency in activation across different markets.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a dedicated and commercially savvy professional with a proven history of creating and executing top-tier shopper, trade, and e-commerce activation across diverse sales channels. Your strong analytical skills will empower you to analyze data, discern trends, and pinpoint growth opportunities. You will possess the ability to prioritize effectively and provide clear guidance to align with the strategic objectives of the organization. With excellent communication skills, your stakeholder management expertise will enable you to influence and mobilize resources effectively, while also demonstrating experience in leading, mentoring, and developing team members to maximize their potential.
