Contract Support Lead

We are seeking an experienced Contract Support Lead to join our team at Wates FM. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality contract support services to our clients.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in contract management and finance. You will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the team to ensure engineering requests are dealt with within SLA and contractual KPIs.
  • Update the client Concept system and Quote Tracker/Contractor Call out Tracker.
  • Report on PPM works and raise call outs to contractors for reactive works, raise quotations and submit to clients for both reactive and project works.
  • Compile monthly breakdown for invoicing extra works.
  • Log engineering holidays on tracker and input overtime for monthly paid engineers.
  • Assist Account Managers and Director with other ad-hoc duties when required.
