Brand and Communications Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand and Communications Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team at Climate Action. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in elevating our key portfolio events and main brand Climate Action by developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a marketing and communications strategy across key portfolio events and the main Climate Action brand, including activities across owned channels such as web, email, and social media.
  • Develop and maintain brand identity across key collateral, including website, social media, brochures, reports, and event signage.
  • Develop brand voice, positioning, and messaging across key portfolios and the Climate Action brand.
  • Research and secure key media and PR relationships and opportunities to further elevate the brand.
  • Act as Brand Ambassador, implementing and maintaining brand guidelines and consistency across Climate Action's digital and in-person presence.
  • Manage internal and external communications through oversight of copywriting across web, social, and email.

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent in Communications, Marketing, or Advertising.
  • At least 3 years of experience in communications, brand marketing, digital, social, advertising, or a related field.
  • A passion and understanding for climate change policy and environmental issues.
  • An agile approach to working, with the ability to review results and adjust plans as needed to optimize results.
  • Excellent project and time management, organization, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • You are analytical with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
