Job Title: Brand and Communications Coordinator

At Smart Communications group, we're seeking a highly skilled Brand and Communications Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Communications function, you'll play a vital role in driving business outcomes through strategic communications initiatives and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a primary liaison between Smart Communications group and its subsidiaries to support their integrations into the Dye & Durham brand.
  • Develop integration tools and assets to consolidate Dye & Durham's brand positioning, including process documents, project toolkits, etc.
  • Plan and execute integrated strategic communications campaigns that raise awareness of the Dye & Durham brand and builds the company's reputation.
  • Draft clear and compelling content for internal and external channels that articulates Dye & Durham's mission, value proposition, and thought leadership.
  • Coordinate external resources (e.g. creative resources, PR, GR) to produce impactful communications collateral on time and on brand.
  • Monitor industry trends, events and policy developments and identify opportunities for engagement.
  • Work alongside Product Marketing and GTM functions to ensure marketing and strategic communications activities are aligned and coordinated.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience in a strategic communications capacity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Interest in the legal sector and the role of technology in driving it forward.
  • Experience using Meltwater or a similar media monitoring database would be advantageous.
