About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketplace Consultant to join our team at Amazon UK Services Ltd. As a key member of our Strategic Account Services (SAS) program, you will be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth for a portfolio of 12-14 medium to large-sized businesses on Amazon.

As a Marketplace Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop strategic plans to maximize their potential on the Amazon marketplace. This will involve analyzing customer data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing metrics to track success.

You will also be responsible for identifying and engaging with prospective clients, developing a thorough understanding of the Amazon marketplace ecosystem, and managing additional projects around our newly launched Paid Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of 12-14 Selling Partners to drive sustainable revenue growth
  • Analyze customer data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic recommendations
  • Implement and track metrics to measure success and guide your work
  • Identify, qualify, and engage with prospective Selling Partners
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the Amazon Marketplace ecosystem
  • Manage additional projects around our newly launched Paid Services
Requirements
  • BA/BSc degree or equivalent experience in a sales or account management environment in E-Commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or software
  • Strong analytical skills including Microsoft Excel
  • Proven ability to successfully influence at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach
  • Fluency in English
