About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketplace Consultant to join our team at Amazon UK Services Ltd. As a key member of our Strategic Account Services (SAS) program, you will be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth for a portfolio of 12-14 medium to large-sized businesses on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and provide strategic recommendations to maximize sellers' potential.
  • Implement and track metrics to measure the success and quality of sellers in your portfolio.
  • Develop and execute plans to drive sales growth, including creative marketing and advertising strategies, supply chain optimization, and deal planning.
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and collaborate closely with colleagues in Europe to develop and deliver our program.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage with prospective Selling Partners for SAS based on a clear understanding of our Selling Partners and their needs.
Requirements
  • BA/BSc degree or equivalent experience in sales or account management in E-commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or software.
  • Strong analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven ability to successfully influence at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
  • Fluency in English.
