We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Operations Officer to join our team at Clearwater People Solutions Ltd. As a Finance Operations Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting the Finance team in the processing and preparation of all investment transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and provide exceptional customer service through the prompt and accurate processing of all investment transactions.
  • Monitor incoming investment instructions to ensure trades are routed to the correct third-party quickly and efficiently.
  • Deal effectively with enquiries and tasks from internal customers, including timely and effective responses and actions in respect of shared team mailboxes and CRM tasks.
  • Perform first-line checks on all investment instructions to ensure they are compliant.
  • Allocate all bank receipts accurately and in line with KYC requirements and ensure the prompt resolution of issues that arise.
  • Reconcile control and suspense accounts, ensuring the prompt resolution of issues arising and liaising proactively with other departments for speedy resolution of queries.
  • Prepare tax refund claims to HMRC accurately and ensure correct tracking.
  • Calculate and process manual fees accurately.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in finance or relevant transferable skills.
  • An analytical mind and a keen desire to learn.
