**Job Summary**

Acorn Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. As a key member of our logistics and operations team, you will be responsible for the daily management of our warehouse, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including the supervision of warehouse staff and the oversight of all warehouse activities.
  • Ensure that all warehouse systems and equipment are maintained and functioning effectively, including inventory management and tracking systems.
  • Work closely with the supply chain, procurement, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that all operations are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate data to ensure that all inventory is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Continuously review and update policies and procedures to ensure that they are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

**Requirements:**

  • Fluent in Mandarin.
  • Experience as a Warehouse Manager in a large facility.
  • Educated to degree level, ideally in a relevant subject, with additional qualifications in H&S and/or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of logistics management and warehouse management systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving initiative, with good understanding of inventory management and procurement processes.
  • Strong financial management, budgeting and cost control understanding, from similar warehouse/logistics operations.
