**Job Summary**

Acorn Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. As a key member of our logistics and operations team, you will be responsible for the daily management of our warehouse, workforce, and oversight of all operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the warehouse system, ensuring all assets and equipment are maintained and functioning effectively.
  • Work in partnership with the supply chain, procurement, sales, and logistics departments to ensure an efficient operation.
  • Report performance to HQ on a regular basis.
  • Oversee regular inventory counts, maintaining accurate data.
  • Continually review and update policies and procedures relating to H&S, HR, Security, Asset Management, Procurement, Compliance and Performance.

**Requirements:**

  • Fluent in Mandarin.
  • Experience as a Warehouse Manager in a large facility.
  • Educated to degree level, ideally in a relevant subject, with additional qualifications in H&S and/or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of logistics management and warehouse management systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving initiative, with good understanding of inventory management and procurement processes.
  • Strong financial management, budgeting and cost control understanding, from similar warehouse/logistics operations.
