Trade Marketing Specialist

Are you ready to leverage your marketing expertise within our Trade Marketing division? This role offers a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities of the Trade Marketing Specialist

In this position, you will be tasked with implementing and overseeing effective communication strategies, marketing initiatives, and support systems that align with our marketing objectives and channel priorities.

Your focus will be on the primary trade brand UNION and Jigtech, which are distributed through both national and independent retail networks. This dynamic role allows you to utilize your skills in generating substantial demand through effective base management, dealer distribution, and fostering key partner relationships while influencing end users.

Additional responsibilities include:

Collaborating with various stakeholders to understand the marketing strategy tailored for the trade channel and executing plans to effectively promote products and brands. Providing essential tools and resources to educate sales teams and customers, driving demand by clarifying product advantages and value propositions. Working closely with product managers to introduce new products and translating technical specifications into engaging, benefit-oriented marketing campaigns. Managing the comprehensive execution of annual trade events and exhibitions, ensuring smooth operations in collaboration with the Trade lead. Coordinating the production and messaging across diverse marketing materials, including promotional literature, customer communications, and digital content.

Required Skills and Experience
We seek candidates who:

Have a background in a fast-paced marketing environment. Possess the capability to lead products from concept to market launch. Can successfully manage marketing projects involving multiple stakeholders. Are adept at handling several projects simultaneously, thriving under pressure and meeting deadlines with strong organizational and planning skills. Are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools like Canva.
