Marketing Specialist - Trade & Exhibitions

Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Specialist - Trade & Exhibitions

In this role, you will take charge of implementing and overseeing effective communication strategies, marketing initiatives, and support that align with our marketing objectives and channel priorities.

Your focus will be on the primary trade channel brands, UNION and Jigtech, which cater to the builder's merchant sector through a comprehensive retail network. This dynamic position allows you to utilize your skills in generating substantial demand through effective base management, dealer distribution, key partnerships, and influencing end users.

Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with various stakeholders to understand the marketing strategy tailored for the trade channel and executing plans to effectively promote products and brands. Providing essential tools and resources to inform sales teams and customers, driving demand by clarifying product advantages and value propositions. Working closely with product managers to introduce new offerings and transforming technical product information into engaging, benefit-oriented marketing campaigns. Managing the comprehensive execution of annual trade events and exhibitions, ensuring smooth operations in collaboration with the Trade lead. Coordinating the production and messaging across diverse marketing materials, including promotional and technical literature, customer communications, and digital content.

Required Skills and Experience
We are looking for a candidate who:

Has prior experience in a dynamic marketing role. Demonstrates the ability to lead products from concept to market launch. Can effectively manage and complete marketing projects involving multiple stakeholders. Is capable of handling several projects simultaneously, working under pressure and meeting deadlines, with exceptional organizational and planning abilities. Possesses proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools like Canva.
