Our client, Perfect Path Recruitment, is seeking a seasoned IT Client Relationship Manager to enhance their sales team. This role involves managing a portfolio of 25-30 significant clients in the private sector.

The Client Relationship Manager will be expected to travel to client sites and must possess a valid UK driving license.

Responsibilities include effectively generating and overseeing a personal sales pipeline, utilizing relationships and established processes to support account strategies and scheduled visits.
The role requires timely reporting and provision of management information, activity summaries, and sales forecasts.

Engagement with both prospective and existing clients to gather requirements is essential, collaborating with Technical Development Advisors and product specialists to deliver tailored solutions.

Building and nurturing long-term partnerships with key accounts is crucial, which includes the development and regular review of strategic account plans.

Collaboration with the marketing team to create impactful sales campaigns is also a key responsibility.

Initiating and executing new business development strategies to enhance the sales pipeline is expected, including occasional outreach, leveraging vendor relationships, and expanding existing accounts.

The role involves achieving sales targets and KPIs, and participating in activities that establish the company as a sales specialist within vendor partnerships.
Candidates should demonstrate strong business development skills (B2B) and possess a keen commercial awareness.
Excellent interpersonal skills are required to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including clients and vendors.
Proven experience in account development and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships is essential.
A solid understanding of the IT industry, including trends, products, and services, is required.
An enhanced DBS check will be necessary.
