About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our award-winning BD & Marketing team at Bidwells. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in implementing our business strategy and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work alongside the Head of Business Development to support the development and implementation of our business strategy.
  • Actively collaborate with marketing specialists to support the delivery of marketing activities.
  • Provide direction, advice, and coaching to fee earners on group business development activities.
  • Lead a strand of our internal Generate programme, arranging knowledge sessions, creating and reviewing content materials, and monitoring participant engagement.
  • Support the ongoing development of our Bid management process and the delivery of supporting materials.
  • Track and measure Bid success.
  • Act as a project manager on large-scale pitches.
  • Support client targeting and utilise our CRM system to do so.
About You

We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in:

  • Developing new business opportunities.
  • Developing business plans and strategies.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal colleagues and external clients at all levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Good IT skills.
