About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team. As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Customer Experience team and driving business growth through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Customer Experience team in developing and implementing data-driven strategies to improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive growth.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Work closely with the analytics team to develop and implement data visualizations and analytics solutions.
- Provide training and support to team members on data analysis and visualization tools.
Requirements:
- Financial services background with experience in customer experience and analytics.
- Strong Google Analytics experience (GA4) and data visualization skills using Tableau.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
