The Role: CX Design Manager, Electrification
As the CX Design Manager, you will be responsible for understanding and improving our customers' experiences across all touchpoints with our brand. Your mission will be to create journeys that guide commercial customers through electrification, helping them understand, choose, purchase, and use the most relevant products from our extensive portfolio.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver customer-centric experiences that meet the needs of our commercial customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement electrification strategies.
- Conduct customer research and analysis to inform design decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products and services remain competitive.

Requirements:
- Significant experience in human-centered design and customer experience.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering products or experiences to market.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience with digital design tools and visual design principles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Desirable:
- Bachelor's degree in design or anthropology, or a master's degree.
- Knowledge of the mobility ecosystem and fleet management.
- Experience in a B2B environment.
- Ability to initiate projects independently.
- Experience mentoring junior team members.
