We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Harnham. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for leading analytics efforts and creating technical customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement analytics strategies to drive business growth

- Design and deliver data visualizations using Tableau
- Provide analytical insights to inform business decisions
Requirements
- Proven experience in financial services, with a strong background in Google Analytics (GA4)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work with complex data sets and create actionable insights
