Role Overview

As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with various teams. Your role will encompass both operational and strategic HR functions, managing a spectrum of responsibilities from employee relations to project initiatives. This position demands a confident individual who can effectively engage with senior stakeholders and propel HR strategies that align with the organization's objectives.

Core Responsibilities
  1. General HR Functions: Offer practical HR guidance and support to employees, managers, and executives. Oversee employee relations, disciplinary actions, capability assessments, and grievance procedures.
  2. Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist the Recruitment Coordinator with contracts, onboarding, role transitions, and exit paperwork. Ensure precise and timely payroll processing.
  3. Training and Development: Collaborate with the broader People & Culture team and Learning and Development Manager to facilitate training programs for staff and provide ongoing support as needed.
  4. Project Initiatives: Lead and assist in cross-organizational projects aimed at enhancing workforce capabilities and implementing effective HR strategies.
  5. Policy Development and Compliance: Draft and revise HR policies, ensuring adherence to employment legislation and best practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in a generalist HR role, with a keen interest in professional growth and development. A CIPD Level 5 qualification or its equivalent is essential. The successful applicant should exhibit a positive and proactive attitude, demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, and possess the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively while managing a diverse workload effectively.
