Day Centre Support Worker Role

We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Day Service team in Rotherham. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others while developing valuable skills in a supportive environment.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide engaging support and assistance to individuals with diverse needs, fostering their personal growth and well-being.
  • Facilitate a range of activities, including arts, sports, and wellbeing programs, tailored to individual interests and abilities.
  • Assist with everyday tasks such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and medication management, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Encourage social interaction and participation in community outings, enriching the lives of those we support.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other professionals to deliver comprehensive care and support.
