Senior Account Manager - DataTech Expert

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at Carousel Consultancy Ltd. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our B2B clients in the data tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account growth strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Lead and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Provide exceptional levels of client care and service, ensuring all agreed service standards are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in the data tech industry.
  • Strong business development skills, with a track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
