Growth Marketing Strategist

Reports to: Head of Organisational Health & Wellbeing
Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Manager for a leading digital healthcare solutions company. You will drive revenue growth through strategic media, awards, and events. This role will focus on building awareness, generating interest, and converting prospects. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Lead to develop and execute effective campaigns, with a key focus on prospect targeting, sales events, lead generation, and sales support.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement promotional plans to identify and target key prospects, driving them into the top of the funnel.
- Create and manage comprehensive advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including print, digital, broadcast, and social media. Work with creative teams to produce compelling and on-brand content.
- Manage relationships with external agencies.
- Define market segments and evaluate the success of campaigns using key performance indicators.
- Organize and manage a variety of events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and product launches.
- Support the development and maintenance of a comprehensive customer database.
- Supervise the creation of various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and case studies.
- Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Strong alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Excellent project management skills for handling multiple campaigns and events.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with AI and regulated environments, particularly in healthcare settings.
- Strong creative skills for developing engaging marketing materials.
- Analytical skills for interpreting performance data and making data-driven decisions.
- Solid understanding of brand management and ensuring consistency across communications.
- Experience in planning and executing successful events.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders.
