About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Manager to join our team at Intelligent People. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and events.
  • Work closely with our creative teams to develop and execute effective marketing strategies, with a focus on prospect targeting, sales events, lead generation, and sales support.
  • Define market segments and evaluate the success of campaigns using key performance indicators.
  • Organize and manage a variety of events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and product launches.
  • Support the development and maintenance of a comprehensive customer database.
  • Supervise the creation of various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and case studies.
Requirements
