Growth Marketing Strategist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Manager to join our team at Intelligent People. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic media, awards, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to identify and target key prospects, driving them into the top of the funnel.
- Create and manage advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including print, digital, broadcast, and social media, working closely with creative teams to produce compelling and on-brand content.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and define market segments to evaluate the success of campaigns using key performance indicators.
- Organize and manage events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and product launches, to support the development and maintenance of a comprehensive customer database.
- Supervise the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and case studies, to ensure consistency across communications.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Strong alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Excellent project management skills for handling multiple campaigns and events.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with AI and regulated environments, particularly in healthcare settings.
- Strong creative skills for developing engaging marketing materials.
- Analytical skills for interpreting performance data and making data-driven decisions.
- Solid understanding of brand management and ensuring consistency across communications.
- Experience in planning and executing successful events.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders.
