Management Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Management Accountant to join our Property Services finance team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality management information to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the delivery of management accounting services to the business, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including month-end reporting packs and bi-weekly cash flow forecasts.
- Collaborate with the Financial Controller to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Support the development and implementation of financial systems and processes.
- Provide analytical support to the business, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Relevant accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) and experience in commercial/project accounting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software packages.
