Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic B2B Marketing Professional to lead marketing efforts across multiple channels. If you excel in B2B environments and have a passion for driving brand growth, this is the role for you.

As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy, with a focus on B2B campaigns, brand development, digital marketing, and event coordination. You'll lead a team of two direct reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand success. This role also involves managing CRM strategies, marketing planning, and budget oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Planning: Develop and manage annual B2B marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Lead multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns, ensuring performance and ROI.
  • Brand Marketing: Ensure consistent messaging and engagement through strategic brand initiatives.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and manage corporate events and trade shows.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee B2B digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and website optimization.
  • CRM Experience: Build and manage B2B CRM strategies to drive business growth and nurture client relationships.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget and provide financial forecasts.
  • People Management: Lead and mentor a team, fostering collaboration and performance.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing management and leadership experience.
  • Expertise in multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and growing brand awareness in B2B markets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with content writing experience.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting (GA experience preferred).
