About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Recovery Worker to join our team at Change Grow Live. As a Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals affected by substance use and mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive support to service users, including assessment, planning, and intervention.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in substance abuse intervention, mental health support, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of mental health interventions, services, and best practices.
  • Ability to navigate complex systems and prioritize service user needs.
