Job Title: Recovery Worker

At Change Grow Live, we're seeking a dedicated Recovery Worker to join our team. As a Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals affected by substance use and mental health issues.

About the Role:
  • Provide comprehensive support to service users, including assessment, planning, and intervention.
  • Develop and implement tailored recovery plans, focusing on harm reduction and personalized interventions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal outcomes.
  • Advocate for service users, promoting their rights and interests.
  • Contribute to a supportive team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in substance abuse intervention, mental health support, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of mental health interventions, services, and best practices.
  • Ability to navigate change effectively, prioritizing the needs of service users.
  • Commitment to adhering to information governance processes and safeguarding policies.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary, ranging from £27,000 to £31,529.41, dependent on experience.
  • 25 days of annual leave, increasing by one day for each year of service for the first 5 years.
