Are you looking for a challenging placement where you will be immersed in the world of sustainability from the start? This is your chance to join a leading retailer and Times Top 100 employer, learning the ins and outs of sustainability at Aldi.

Our products can make a huge difference, and we want to recruit an individual who is as passionate about British farming, sustainable and affordable food, and our global environmental impact as we are.

An ideal candidate is somebody who can adapt to the fast-paced nature of both Aldi and sustainability in the current ever-changing business environment. You'll be based in our National Sustainability team working on projects related to Health & Nutrition, Ethical Trading, Communities, and more.

Please note that our Placement Programmes are for university students currently studying towards an undergraduate degree, who are seeking a 12-month sandwich placement before their final year of study.

You'll need to be working towards a 2:1 degree, have 96 UCAS points from your top 3 A-Levels (or equivalent qualifications), possess a driving licence, and have the right to work in the UK.
