We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager who is passionate about improving the quality of life for those we support. This role is essential in leading our residential service, which fosters a warm and inviting atmosphere, backed by a dynamic team.
The Registered Manager will collaborate with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and the families of those we support, ensuring that individuals achieve greater independence and positive outcomes in their daily lives.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operations of the service, developing and implementing personalized support plans, conducting assessments of care needs, recruiting and training new staff, performing supervisions and appraisals, managing medication competencies and audits, participating in multi-disciplinary meetings, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations. A friendly, dynamic, and compassionate leadership style is essential, along with a strong commitment to the care sector.

We are looking for a Registered Manager with the right experience and values. Ideal candidates will have prior experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management capacity, be prepared to undertake CQC registration, possess a Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care, and have experience working with individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviors.
