We are excited to present an excellent opportunity for an individual with a solid background in project management and process optimization to join our Business Process Team. The primary objective of this role is to facilitate and enhance business processes, systems, and operational methodologies. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvements within the commercial sector that will yield efficiency and effectiveness gains for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:


• Collaborate with various departments to pinpoint areas for business enhancement and implement effective process improvement initiatives.

• Assess current business workflows to align with organizational goals.

• Develop comprehensive documentation to illustrate processes.

• Encourage knowledge sharing and provide guidance on the effective application of technological solutions.

• Maintain and disseminate current knowledge of continuous improvement strategies.

• Collaborate within a team to achieve departmental objectives and targets.

• Ensure the business process library is regularly updated.

• Conduct ongoing evaluations to guarantee processes consistently meet business goals.

Candidate Profile:

Required Qualifications:


• Outstanding communication abilities (both written and verbal) with the capacity to engage with all organizational levels.

• Proven experience in meeting tight deadlines within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated ability to build networks and foster relationships.

• Strong influencing capabilities and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with experience in Power Automate.

Preferred Qualifications:


• Lean Six Sigma certification (minimum Yellow Belt) or equivalent expertise.

• Solid understanding of data analysis techniques.

• Experience in creating process documentation.

• Background in facilitation, training, and presenting to senior business professionals.
