Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving new business development and expanding our market share within the security sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various sectors, including manned guarding and mobile response services.
  • Build and Manage Client Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.
  • Lead Bid Processes: Spearhead the development and submission of compelling bids for new contracts. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations and marketing, to ensure successful bid outcomes.
