Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Account Manager to join our team at Kings Security. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships, ensuring seamless account delivery and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement annual account management and sales plans for each client within your portfolio.
  2. Maintain regular contact and build strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organisations.
  3. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies and competitive landscape.
  4. Keep detailed electronic records for each account, including sales plans, pricing details, contracts, product ranges, forecasts and quarterly strategic client plans.
  5. Prepare and execute action plans in alignment with the company's code of ethics.
  6. Collaborate with the Managing Director on contract negotiations and renewals.
  7. Maximise business potential by promoting cross-selling opportunities and driving growth in recurring revenue through networking and relationship building.
RequirementsEssential Requirements:
Security related Account Director experience, Account development and building relationships, Capable of working with senior client directors, Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, Being proficient, analytical, self-motivated, energetic and positive, Excellent verbal and written skills, Excellent computer skills, Organised and good planning skills, Confident, Being credible, persuasive and tenacious, Flexible and willing to travel.Desirable Requirements:
Min 3 years Security Account Management experience, Technical knowledge on security and fire systems.Benefits
